What is the return policy?

How many bullets are needed?

For every 1 bullet we need 2. This is to allow for product error. If any bullets are left over they will be returned with the product.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Do I need to pay for shipping?

Yes, if your customisation included your own bullets. You will need to pay for shipping to send the bullets to our Wearhouse.
